The Easton Area High School community is mourning the untimely passing of its beloved principal, Jeannette Kassis, at the age of 51. Her unwavering dedication to her students and staff made her an irreplaceable part of the school family. Jeannette’s legacy is one of compassion, leadership, and an unrelenting belief in the potential of every student.
Jeannette was a pillar of strength and guidance, ensuring the high school was not just a place of learning but also a nurturing environment where everyone felt valued. Her ability to connect with her students and inspire her colleagues made her a beloved figure in the community.
To pay respects to Jeannette, viewings will be held at **Our Lady of Lebanon Church – Easton** on Thursday, January 9th, from 5 PM to 8 PM, and on Friday, January 10th, from 8 AM to 10 AM. A funeral Mass will follow on January 10th at 10:30 AM. While Jeannette may no longer be with us, her spirit will live on through the lives she touched and the positive changes she brought to Easton Area High School.
